For an alternate history experiment, I decided to take a look at what four major Presidential elections would have looked like on a county and state level if the third party voters had chosen to side with the Democratic Presidential candidate.

1980

1980: Jimmy Carter and John Anderson vs. Reagan

1996: Bill Clinton and Ross Perot vs. Dole

2000: Al Gore and Ralph Nader vs. Bush

2016: Hillary Clinton, Gary Johnson, Jill Stein, and Evan McMullin vs. Trump
